Aluminium section fitter — Harrison County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium section fitter in Harrison County, Kentucky. You will be based at an ACP cladding fabricator. Day-to-day duties: • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors What we are looking for: • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
