Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Oshodi/Isolo, Lagos State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
