Vacancy available: tandoor cook (Alaska)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Lake and Peninsula Borough, Alaska. Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 2+ years on the tools preferred.
