Floor screeder • Washington County, Iowa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a floor screeder in Washington County, Iowa. You will work on a building construction site. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage On a typical shift you will mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
