Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Bradley County, Tennessee. The job is at a halal meat counter. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
