We are recruiting: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Haines Borough, Alaska. The job is on a busy domestic building site. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel On a typical shift you will apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
