Great opportunity: we are hiring a garment machinist in Levy County, Florida. Ideal candidate: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently On the job you will handle: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $26 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
