Grill cook wanted in Frederick County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Frederick County, Maryland. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
