Urgent requirement: grill cook (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Owen County, Indiana. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
