Immediate opening: we are hiring a vehicle spray painter in Monterey County, California. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners On a typical shift you will apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
