Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Adams County, Mississippi. You will work at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
