Dishwashing attendant • Coos County, New Hampshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Coos County, New Hampshire. You will be based in a catering unit. The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
