Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift erector in Parker County, Texas. The job is on a lift modernisation project. On the job you will handle: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes Requirements: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
