Ideal candidate: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Your main tasks: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
