Join our team: we are hiring a concrete placer in Forest County, Wisconsin. You will work on a road and bridge project. On the job you will handle: • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength Ideal candidate: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
