Cake decorator wanted in Lincoln County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Lincoln County, Mississippi. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits.
