Head baker wanted in Pender County

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Pender County, North Carolina. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
