Great opportunity: dish pit attendant (Tennessee)

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Wilson County, Tennessee. You will work at a banquet hall. On a typical shift you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
