Powder coating technician wanted in Geary County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Geary County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Performance bonus on top of base pay.
