Immediate opening: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Kanabec County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses You will check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $19 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
