Excavator operator • City of Lynchburg, Virginia

Join our team: we are hiring an excavator operator in City of Lynchburg, Virginia. You will be based on a pipeline and trenching crew. Requirements: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones On a typical shift you will track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Share your details and we will call you back.
