Cnc turning machinist — Sanborn County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Sanborn County, South Dakota. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. What we are looking for: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Day to day you will set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet.
