We are recruiting: argon welder (Montana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welder in Wibaux County, Montana. You will be based in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
