Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Knox County, Texas. The job is in a hospital canteen. On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 1+ years on the tools preferred.
