Manufacturing operative • Madison Parish, Louisiana

Join our team: we are hiring a manufacturing operative in Madison Parish, Louisiana. You will be based on the shop floor of a garment factory. The role involves change over tooling and settings between product runs; pack finished goods into cartons and seal them; stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them; assemble components according to the work order. What we are looking for: • Minimum matric / 10th pass preferred • Experience on a manufacturing or assembly line • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
