Immediate opening: truck driver (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a truck driver in Oscoda County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy distribution depot. Day-to-day duties: • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load What we are looking for: • Valid digital tachograph card • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Six days a week, one day off.
