Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Navarro County, Texas. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Day to day you will fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees. You should have: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
