Great opportunity: dish pit attendant (Massachusetts)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Worcester County, Massachusetts. You will be based at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
