Immediate opening: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Ife North, Osun State. The job is at a stone quarry. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence Day to day you will level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket.
