Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Refugio County, Texas. You will be based at an ACP cladding fabricator. Ideal candidate: • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows On a typical shift you will fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
