Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Madison County, Mississippi. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
