Renovation plasterer — Anderson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Anderson County, Tennessee. You will be based in an occupied house during renovation. The role involves: • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency Requirements: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
