Join our team: we are hiring an insulation worker in Wayne County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel The role involves seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
