Crane operator wanted in Borough of Oldham

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane operator in Borough of Oldham, England. Day-to-day duties: • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension What we are looking for: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
