Canteen cook wanted in Gwynedd

Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Gwynedd, Wales. Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off.
