Ladle pourer wanted in Livingston Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Livingston Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a non-ferrous casting shop. You will cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
