Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Calumet County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts.
