Dishwashing attendant wanted in Caddo Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
