Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Floyd County, Indiana. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Your main tasks: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
