Concrete finisher wanted in Knox County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Knox County, Ohio. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds The role involves: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
