Great opportunity: dogger (Kogi State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dogger in Mopa-Muro, Kogi State. Your main tasks: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Read lift plans and method statements before starting What we are looking for: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
