You should have: • Physically fit for lifting heavy parts • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance The role involves: • Road-test vehicles to confirm the repair • Replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends • Replace clutch plates and gearbox components • Diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool • Replace alternators, starter motors and batteries 2+ years on the tools preferred.
