Join our team: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Florence County, Wisconsin. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean. Requirements: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
