On a typical shift you will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
