Vacancy available: we are hiring a machinist in Edgecombe County, North Carolina. You will be based in a small denim manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching You should have: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits.
