Core maker wanted in Monmouthshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a core maker in Monmouthshire, Wales. Day to day you will prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges. Requirements: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling £1,750 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
