What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Day to day you will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required.
