Vacancy available: food packing operative (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a food packing operative in Cherokee County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy packing line. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights On a typical shift you will feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams; record production counts on the shift sheet; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; strap and band pallets ready for loading; stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
