Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Grayson County, Kentucky. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. You will repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
