What we are looking for: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Physically fit and comfortable working at height Day-to-day duties: • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
